Summary
- Full-time 1st shift opportunity in a manufacturing facility
- Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies using work instructions and production specifications
- Operate tools and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies following work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications
- Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from simple to moderately complex using standard manufacturing procedures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and proper functionality are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies and manufacturing guidelines
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, material needs, and process improvements
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Must be able to pass a Math Test
- Comfortable working inside a manufacturing facility
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
