Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Participate in care planning and develop individualized plans to meet resident needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
