Regal Staffing Services is hiring!

We are currently hiring Inspectors for a Manufacturing company in the Arlington, TX 76011 area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a precision manufacturing environment.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Responsibilities:

Inspect industrial metal parts and specialized surface coatings to ensure they meet customer and engineering specifications.
Perform incoming, in-process, and final visual inspections of parts.
Measure components using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and mil gauges.
Identify defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming products.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
Flag, segregate, and report defective materials when necessary.
Follow strict quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Work closely with production and quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
Help ensure products meet applicable military, aerospace, and customer specifications.

Strong attention to detail
Reliable and dependable
Able to stand for extended periods
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus
Willing to train the right candidate
