Nanny Manager for a family in Charlotte

An incredible family is seeking a warm, professional, proactive, and engaging Full-Time Nanny to provide loving care for their 2-year-old son and 3-month-old daughter. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional overnights and travel 2–3 times per year. The family is looking for someone who truly enjoys creating fun, developmentally appropriate days filled with parks, music and art classes, museums, play gyms, swimming, reading, crafts, sensory play, and outdoor adventures. Their toddler attends preschool Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, allowing for dedicated one-on-one time with the baby, including tummy time, walks, reading, narration, sensory activities, supporting developmental milestones, and following her feeding and nap routines. The nanny will work collaboratively with a stay-at-home parent while also being confident independently caring for both children. Daily responsibilities include preparing breakfast, lunch, and family meals, school drop-off/pick-up as needed, children's laundry, washing bottles/pump parts, light child-related housekeeping, organizing toys and clothing, creating toy rotations, and occasionally assisting with household linens when time allows. The family practices baby-led weaning, and strong cooking skills are important. Candidates must be confident swimmers, comfortable traveling and providing overnight care when needed, and comfortable working in a home with one cat. Newborn/infant experience is essential, and experience with sleep training is a plus. The ideal nanny is reliable, nurturing, communicative, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative while becoming a trusted part of the family's daily routine. Pay is $30–$33/hour.
