About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Shippenville Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, delivering personalized assistance with daily living activities, nursing care, and rehabilitation services. Your compassion, empathy, and dedication will help create a sense of comfort, dignity, and well-being for each resident. In this 2nd/3rd shift role, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide nursing care and support under the supervision of a licensed nurse

• Assist with rehabilitation services and therapies

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff

• Participate in resident care conferences and care planning

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
