About the Role:

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients in a supportive and home-like environment.

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses.

• Maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

• Participate in our resident-focused services, including skilled nursing, short-term and long-term care, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to each resident, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort.

• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and other clinical tasks as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control standards.

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company protocols.
