Quality Inspector

QC Inspector 2nd Shift

Location: Suwanee, GA 30024
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM 11:45 PM
Pay: $18$20 per hour DOE

About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and qualitydriven QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that products meet established quality standards through audits, documentation, and collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Your work will directly support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Document findings and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

• Assist in developing and refining quality control procedures and best practices.

• Train and mentor team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and compliance requirements.

• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection and documentation.

• Ability to interpret and apply quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

• Solid communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting.

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistency in fastpaced environments.

Preferred Skills

23 years of experience in quality control, auditing, or related manufacturing roles.

Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS).

Prior experience training or mentoring team members.

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
