Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Aid in mobility and transfers using proper lifting and positioning techniques
- Monitor residents' health status and communicate any changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
