This position is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12 hour shifts, anywhere from 5am-8pm.

About the Dialysis Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician (CCHT or CHT) to join our team in The Bronx, New York. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality dialysis treatments.

Dialysis Technician Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments and monitor vital signs

• Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols

• Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance dialysis patient outcomes

Dialysis Technician Requirements

• Current Certification in Dialysis Technology (CCHT or CHT)

• Prior experience in dialysis care; experience in a rehabilitation setting a plus
