About the Role:

As an Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing leadership and guidance to staff. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing challenges, driving census growth, and managing labor effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve facility goals and objectives

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork

• Develop and implement effective strategies to address census growth, labor management, and quality improvement initiatives

• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional care and services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

• Proven track record of successfully leading a nursing home facility

• Experience with ventilator care

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Independent contractor role
