• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients with varying degrees of mobility and physical limitations

• Assist with daily living activities, such as preparing meals, managing medication, and keeping living areas clean and organized

• Support clients with personal care needs, including incontinence care, catheter care, and wound care

• Monitor and report any changes or concerns in clients' conditions to team members and medical professionals

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and respectful environment
