Edit
This Is Not Your Average Plumbing Job. At Aim Plumbing Services, we are not just fixing pipes — we are changing the trade. We are on a mission to become the new standard of excellence in plumbing, and we are building a team of people who want to be part of something bigger than a paycheck.
Could that be you?
Who You Are You are not looking for just “a job.” You have personal goals — for your income, your career, your life — and you want to work somewhere that matches that energy. You are the kind of person who:
- Takes ownership of every job like it is your own business — no excuses, just results.
- Puts the customer first, every single time. You know that reputation is everything.
- Brings a hunger to grow, earn, and level up. You do not clock out mentally at 5pm.
- Lifts the team around you. Your attitude is contagious — in the best way.
- Has big personal goals and wants to be rewarded for hitting them.
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license (required).
- Proven field experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Self-motivation and the drive to perform at a high level — every day.
- Flat rate / commission pay structure — your effort directly drives your income.
- A culture built on excellence, accountability, and genuine team support.
- Real growth and advancement opportunity — we invest in our people.
- The chance to be part of a brand that is becoming the name in this market.
- A team you will be proud to call yours.
Because we are not just another plumbing company. We are building a legacy. We are scaling fast, obsessing over our reputation, and creating a workplace where top performers thrive and are rewarded for it. The people on our team do not settle — and neither do we.
If you have big goals and want to build something great, you will fit right in.
