Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Entry-Level)

Location: Tomball, TX (Training located at Cypress facility)

Shift Options: Day Shift & Night Shift (Monday – Saturday, 12-hour shifts)

Day: 8AM - 8PM

Night: 8PM - 8AM

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr (Day Shift) | $16.75/hr (Night Shift)

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as Entry-Level QC Inspectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet company standards before leaving the facility. While this is an entry-level position, ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Prior inspection or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual and manual quality inspections on products and materials.
Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
Pay close attention to fine details to maintain strict quality standards.
Communicate inspection results with team members and supervisors.
Follow all safety protocols and facility operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
Basic English communication skills are preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome).
Previous quality control, manufacturing, or inspection experience is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
Willingness to complete initial training at the Cypress facility before transitioning to the Tomball location.
