Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed nurses with medication administration, testing, and documentation

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and updated records of resident care and treatment

• Assist with vital sign checks and monitor resident conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans

• Participate in Quality Improvement activities to enhance care delivery

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

• Experience working with older adults and/or individuals with disabilities preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
