Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Fort Lauderdale

We're a family of four two parents who both work from home, and two daughters, currently 2 and 4. We're looking for one person to take care of our home in the middle of the day and our girls in the afternoon. The mornings are quiet and independent; the afternoons are hands-on with two small kids. This is a long-term role. We'd rather find the right person once and keep them for years than churn through short placements, so can provide detail job description with what the days actually look like.
