Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries.
• Process orders and manage inventory levels.
• Manage the full wholesale parts sales process from inquiry to delivery
• Communicate professionally with internal departments, repair shops, and retail customers
• Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Handle returns and exchanges of parts as necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a parts counter or retail environment is preferred.
• Wholesale dealership experience (preferred)
• Experience with Collision and Repair shops (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Knowledge of automotive parts is a plus.
