No automotive sales experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and welcome candidates from retail sales, hospitality, customer service, cell phone sales, real estate, RV, marine, powersports, and other people-focused industries.

Many of our Sales Consultants have earned $100,000+ in their first year, while top performers earn $130,000+ annually.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Build relationships and provide an excellent buying experience
• Follow up with customers and develop repeat and referral business

Who We're Looking For:

Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.

Successful candidates often come from:
