Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1+ year of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• Schedule may be flexible until 5 PM
