What You'll Do as a Barista

As a barista at 8, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great cup of coffee. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
