We're looking for caring, dependable Childcare Specialists who enjoy working with children and want flexible opportunities that fit their schedules.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children in the family's home
• Supervise children and maintain a safe environment
• Prepare simple meals and snacks when needed
• Play, read, create activities, and keep children engaged
• Follow parents' instructions and household guidelines
• Provide updates to parents during the booking
• Arrive on time and maintain professional communication
• Complete required check-ins and safety procedures through the Chippercare platform

What We're Looking For

• Previous childcare, babysitting, nanny, daycare, teaching, camp counselor, or related experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Warm, patient, energetic personality
• Comfortable caring for children of different ages
• Strong communication skills
• Professional and respectful
• Able to pass required background and safety screening
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Schedule

Compensation

Starting at $15/hour, with opportunities for additional compensation depending on experience, availability, and booking requirements.
