Market Research Interviewer/Surveyor

CPR conducts on-site guest surveys at Chicago's Navy Pier. As a Survey Interviewer, you'll approach guests at various locations and events throughout the Pier, invite them to participate, and record their responses using survey-specific software on a tablet (either your own or one provided by the company).

• Approach Navy Pier guests and invite them to participate in surveys
• Administer surveys using a mobile tablet and our survey software
• Work independently across a mix of indoor and outdoor locations on the Pier
• Manage your own schedule and workflow during each shift

• Hours and days vary by month; weekends tend to work best due to Pier traffic
• Surveys run during select months, with peak activity in Summer and December
• Pier hours are 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
• Shifts are a minimum of 6 hours

• An outgoing personality — comfortable approaching and talking with a wide variety of people
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

• Free parking at Navy Pier (parking passes provided)
• Flexible schedule (days/nights/week/weekend) and hours
• Independent work with limited supervision and/or management 

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• Speaks English
• Reads English
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: holidays
