CDL A Dedicated Regional Dry Van Driver in Kansas City, KS - Now Hiring

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a safety-focused CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Kansas City, KS. This role is ideal for a dependable driver who values steady work, modern equipment, and a team committed to safety and reliability.

Compensation 

• Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000
• Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,560 based on an average of 2,600 miles per week
• 60 CPM or higher based on driving experience 
• $30 hourly pay for:
  • Online Training
  • PTO and Holiday Time
  • Detention time over an hour
• $5,000 retention bonus (50% at 6 months, 50% at 12 months)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home Most Days
• No routes departing on Friday or Saturdays!
• Transport freight from Kansas City, KS to Keystone cross-dock locations, including Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; La Crosse, WI; and Bridgeton, MO,
• Evening routes starting 9pm - 12am ET
• No touch freight: Truck is loaded by warehouse staff at our distribution facility and unloaded by non-CDL delivery staff at our cross dock

Equipment

• Late model Freightliner/Cascadia tractors, three axle tractor (sleepers) with 53 ft dry vans
• Automatic and manual transmission trucks
• Nothing older than 4 years. More new trucks arriving!
• 72 mph governed speed
• A.I. Lytx camera enforced in every vehicle 

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 18 months of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience with a safe driving record
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the distribution facility or willing to relocate are strongly preferred.
