Overview of Position:
Candidate will work on a variety of projects which require exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Projects include, but are not limited to, layout design, coordination of large format printing, management and execution of the delivery of products to the internal customer. Position will include workflow management (tracking and scheduling graphics projects), supplier coordination, invoicing (internal and external), and logistical coordination and management. While our preference is to have the National Graphic Designer work from our headquarter location in Orlando, FL, we are open to them being based in any of the markets we service - Boston, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Nashville, Austin, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, San Francisco, San Diego.
Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for high- level client presentations produced in PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, FlipBuilder and other presentation software. These presentations will require creativity, copy editing, and design capabilities. Additional tasks will include the design of marketing collateral: brochures, email blasts, holiday invitations, social media graphics etc.
Skills Required:
An ideal candidate will have strong design skills, the ability to work under pressure and deadlines, outstanding communication skills, problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Candidates must be results-oriented and maintain a professional presence.
Essential Job Tasks:
- Manage and execute multiple graphic design projects simultaneously, ensuring strong organization and timely delivery.
- Design and produce layout materials for various internal and external needs.
- Coordinate large-format printing, including preparing files, working with suppliers, and ensuring accurate output.
- Oversee workflow management for graphics projects, including tracking progress and scheduling deliverables.
- Handle supplier communication and coordination to ensure timely production of materials.
- Manage invoicing processes for internal and external project billing.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery of graphic products to internal customers.
- Apply creativity, copy-editing, and design expertise to produce compelling visual presentations.
- Design a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, email blasts, holiday invitations, and social media graphics.
