Job Title: Lead Project Manager

Project Details: 8 story luxury ground up build; postage stamp site

Company Type: Owner, Developer Builder; Top 5 ranked in the US for luxury multifamily

Compensation: Up to 195k base + 25% annual bonus + full benefits

We're Top 5 ranked owner, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway and an upcoming start in Q1 2026 for ground up luxury residential build in San Diego market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Procore
• Within 50 mile radius of San Diego, CA
