You arrive, check overnight work orders, and head straight to the production floor. You walk the lines, listen for unusual sounds, run a quick visual on critical systems, and prioritize what needs you most. Within minutes, you’re troubleshooting a filling line misread, logging your checklist, and coordinating with operations to minimize downtime. Preventive maintenance comes next—clean, lubricate, grease, and oil—so every piece of mechanical equipment is ready for the next run. Throughout the day, you document work precisely, keep your tool set organized, and communicate clearly with your supervisor and teammates. When something’s off with materials or product, you escalate it immediately. Safety, SQF, GMPs, and quality procedures are your constant companions.
