Core responsibilities

• Receive and verify materials; inspect for quality and accuracy.
• Organize incoming products and place them in assigned areas.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods.
• Keep inventory records current; assist with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Package and label outbound materials to prepare for shipment.
• Work closely with teammates to improve processes and throughput.
• Follow safety policies and sustain a clean, orderly work environment.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members on handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse/material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and similar equipment (certification preferred but not required).
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy items; comfortable with physical tasks.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems.
