Engineering Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an ambitious and driven colleague that wants to work closely with our team.
Overview
Implement approved engineering and document changes and release in a controlled environment per standard operating procedures. This job requires organizational skills, computer skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute change activities and release of controlled documents
- Execute master data updates within ERP system
- Represent Agility in a professional manner, in keeping with its standards of conduct
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- General computer skills and proficiency with standard office software
- Proficiency with ERP systems and controlled change management
- Ability to adhere to written operating procedures
- Organization and accurate record keeping
- The ability to sit, stand, and walk eight hours per day and carry up to 20 lbs
- An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience
