Mechanic

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing maintenance activities and leading a team of mechanics. • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics in daily operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
