Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

I am a senior and the only one living here. Can pay $25 for 4 hours of work per every other week. Would like linens to be changed and laundered in only 1 bedroom every other week along with other laundry. Windows only have to be washed 2 times a year, spring and fall along with other cleaning.
