Full Time Security Officer

This job consists of coverage for three sites.

A weekend position located in Spencer WI, and two sites in Medford, WI. MUST be able to work the exact hours listed below!

*Candidate may be able to pick up hours if needed being cross trained at other client sites in the area as backup if able to do so.

Holidays are required- Time and a half pay on Holidays worked.

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues to on call supervisor or maintenance and log each problem in the daily log.
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Do hourly tours around facility, record temperatures, fill out daily log accurately as required by the client.
Be ON TIME and reliable.
In one site, you will be in a food factory and MUST adhere to proper dress code while on tours.
Monitor cameras diligently.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and background investigation.
