About the Role:
Home Link International Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Vineland, NJ. This is an exciting in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families through evidence-based ABA therapy. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and oversee ABA therapy programs for clients in accordance with BACB standards
- Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
- Monitor client progress through data collection, analysis, and program modifications
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a BCBA in the state of New Jersey
- Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or other behavioral assessments
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
- Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in-person and travel locally within the Vineland, NJ area as needed
