Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and schedule preventative maintenance as needed

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for continuous tracking and improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality standards
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices in manufacturing environments
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues quickly, and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey expectations clearly
• Technical proficiency with production management software or ERP systems is a plus
