RIC Car Rental Account Manager

We seek a Full-Time Account Manager to join our management team in the Richmond, VA Airport area. If you have strong business acumen and management capabilities in areas such as recruiting, timekeeping, scheduling, cost and risk management, and service delivery, then this may be the opportunity you've been searching for.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the airport location, including responsibility for achieving safety and loss control and profitability weekly goals.
• Partnering closely with Corporate Recruiting & Human Resource Managers to achieve employee requirements
• Making sure employees are following safety protocols
• Responsible for monitoring the cleaning and driving for all employees scheduled
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in the assigned location
• Workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover driver/ VSA’s open shifts as needed to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications and skills that we are looking for:

• Strong leadership skills with at least two years of progressive experience leading teams and operations.
• Experience in employment processes such as recruiting, hiring, retention/turnover management, progressive discipline, and termination.
• Hands-on experience in controlling losses relative to workers' compensation and general liability insurance is highly desired
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required

Where: Richmond, Virginia Airport

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• And have a Driver's License
• Authorized to work in the US

Compensation: $45 K Annually
