Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced glaziers for a commercial project in Lakeland, FL

PAY: $27–$30 per hour, based on experience
HOURS: 7:00 AM – 3:300 PM
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 4+ months

Job Responsibilities:

• Install commercial windows and glass according to project specifications.
• Lift, carry, and safely set 50–100 lb windows and glass.
• Set and install windows, sliders, and glass systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine glass size, shape, color, and thickness.
• Perform professional perimeter bead caulking and sealant work.
• Caulk perimeter joints around installed windows and glass.
• Install moldings and other components related to glass installation.
• Clean and maintain the work area after installation.
• Ensure all work meets professional quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior Glazier or Carpentry experience required.
• Commercial window installation experience preferred.
• Must have experience lifting, handling, and setting 50–100 lb windows/glass.
• Must know how to properly set glass and perform caulking.
• Experience installing and setting windows and sliders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce professional-quality work.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
• Must have standard glazier's hand tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
