Intermediate and Journeyman Carpenter

Lead & Intermediate Carpenters — Historic Restoration & Remodeling

Timeless is hiring lead and intermediate carpenters to join our team in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Full-time or part-time. We are open W-2 or 1099 depending on arrangement.

Our work is primarily remodeling and exterior restoration on historic homes — rot repair, period-correct detail matching, siding, trim, porches, and the kind of restoration work that requires a real eye for craft. We also take on interior remodeling and the occasional framing or addition project. If you love turn-of-the-century homes and take pride in making additions look like they've always been there, you'll fit in here.

What a day looks like:

Most days you're on a historic home in neighborhoods like Kenwood, Linden Hills, Summit Hill, or Edina — working a defined scope with a clear plan already in place. You have the information you need to do the job right, and when questions come up, someone answers them fast. You focus on the craft. We handle the client, the logistics, and the paperwork.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Clean-cut, professional appearance — you represent Timeless on every jobsite
• Shows up on time, every time
• Hard-working and accountable
• Takes direction well and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Craftsmanship mindset — you care about doing it right, not just doing it fast
• Comfortable working at heights (a plus)

Pay:

• Lead Craftsman: $55–$70/hour DOE
• Skilled Carpenter: $35–$50/hour DOE
