Job Description
Hub Operations Support / Grocery Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor) Columbus, OH (43217) $20–$22/hr | No CDL Required | Full-Time IC Opportunity
Capstone Logistics is contracting reliable, hands-on Independent Contractors to support hub operations, vehicle staging, and tote movement at a high-volume grocery fulfillment center. Delivery is occasional — the main focus is on-site hub and vehicle support.

What You’ll Do:
- Move Sprinter vans + trucks around the yard
- Stage vehicles for daily routes
- Clean/prep vans (vacuum, wipe-down, basic upkeep)
- Roll/load totes into vans
- Support hub operations and vehicle exchanges
- Provide occasional grocery delivery or field support
Schedule: 10-hour blocks: • 2AM–12PM • 4AM–2PM • 12PM–10PM 4 days/week | One weekend day required
Requirements: 21+, valid DL, 1 year driving experience, able to lift 10–50 lbs., pass BG/DS + DOT physical, strong communication, safe driving, independent work style.
Insurance handled through contractor program — no separate setup needed.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
