Are you an experienced Hotel General Manager, General Manager, Director of Operations, or Hotel Operations Leader ready to lead a distinctive luxury hospitality property?

Our client is seeking a high-caliber Hotel General Manager to lead operations for an upscale, independently positioned hotel known for exceptional guest service, sophisticated hospitality, strong local appeal, and memorable guest experiences.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic hotel leader who understands how to drive hotel profitability, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and service standards while creating a culture where hospitality truly matters.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• Lead overall hotel operations, financial performance, and guest experience
• Drive revenue management, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, profitability, and cost controls
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing hotel team
• Maintain exceptional luxury hotel, boutique hotel, and guest service standards
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and overall hotel operations
• Partner with ownership and leadership to maximize the property's performance
• Build strong relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and the local community
• Identify opportunities to improve service, revenue, efficiencies, and overall hotel performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven success as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel operations leader
• Luxury, upscale, boutique, lifestyle, independent, resort, or high-end hotel experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, P&L management, revenue management, rooms operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, motivate, and retain hospitality professionals
• Financially savvy leader who knows how to balance luxury service with profitability
• Visible, engaging leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

COMPENSATION & RELOCATION
$120,000–$155,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package.
