Bruno's Pizza of Elkhart is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team! If you love crafting delicious, made-from-scratch pizzas and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and hand-toss pizza dough to order specifications
- Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with consistency and accuracy
- Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout each shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory as needed
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to ensure timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a pizza kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
