Job Title: Project Manager - Plumbing & Mechanical

Company Overview:

• The estimated pay range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 per year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the review and processing of submittal data and shop drawings, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
• Facilitate communication of submittal process details to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct Pre-Construction Start-Up Meetings with project stakeholders, including the Project Manager, Field Staff, and Operations Director.
• Update "as-built" drawings with clarifications, changes, and directives, coordinating with company supervision and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Participate in meetings with architects, engineers, and owner representatives; assist in preparing progress reports and meeting minutes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic project management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong teamwork orientation with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications (Non-Essential):

• Experience with CAD software.
• PMP Certification.
• Advanced degrees related to project management or engineering disciplines.
