Job Description
Location: Baxter, MN
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start: Immediate
We are seeking reliable and motivated candidates for Retail Associate positions in Baxter, MN!
In this hands-on role, you’ll help support daily store operations by unloading and stocking merchandise, fulfilling online customer orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing excellent customer service both inside and outside the store.
Key Responsibilities- Replace paper tags with digital tags
- Load, unload, and safely move products
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport products to the appropriate areas
- Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom
- Stock shelves and replenish displays
- Pick and pack products to fulfill online customer orders
- Assist customers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous retail, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Must be able to pass a basic background check and drug test (THC-friendly)
