Residential HVAC Technician

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot efficiently
• Proficient understanding of mechanical/electrical HVAC systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
  
  Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
• Install or replace HVAC equipment and components
• Identify mechanical or electrical issues
• Communicate repair options and recommendations
• Document service records and materials used
• Maintain company tools and service vehicle
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Perform system inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide excellent customer service, answering any questions and addressing all customer concerns
