Groth Pain & Spine is growing fast and looking for a talented, efficient, and knowledgeable Clinical Support Specialist to ensure our patients get timely access to the medications they need. This is a full-time, on-site position in Smithtown, NY — with a $500 sign-on bonus!

Starting as a family practice and growing to become a thriving, multi-location organization with multiple locations in Nassau and Suffolk counties, we strive to provide the highest quality patient care. Our practice consists of knowledgeable, talented and high energy Physicians, APPs, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists and Mental Health Professionals who value patient collaboration to create effective and successful treatment plans. What You'll Bring to the Table

• Knowledge of pain management medications

• Experience navigating Workers' Compensation portals and handling Workers' Compensation authorizations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional phone skills and proper phone etiquette

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to remain calm and professional when working with frustrated patients or handling stressful situations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient and authorization information

• Previous experience working in a pain management practice (Preferred)

• Experience using CoverMyMeds (Preferred)

• Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
