Pay: $18.00/hour

About the Role

We are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing/packaging. This is a great opportunity for candidates with basic machine operation experience who are comfortable working with production equipment and technology.

This role involves loading machines with cardboard, monitoring operations, and performing light troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging/production machinery
• Start/stop machines and ensure smooth operation
• Load materials (cardboard) into machines
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products
• Use a computer or tablet to track production data
• Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, etc.)
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP, and food safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must speak English (required)
• Experience operating machines in a manufacturing or packaging environment (preferred)
• Basic computer or tablet experience
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
