SAKIN LLC is looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to work with DDD members throughout Arizona. We currently have several Habilitation (HAH) and Respite (RSP) opportunities available.

PHOENIX – 18-Year-Old Male | Habilitation (HAH)
36th St & Thomas Rd – Phoenix 85018
• Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–8:00 AM

NEW RIVER – 8-Year-Old Male | Respite (RSP)
7th St & Galvin St – New River 85086
• Monday–Friday: 12 PM–5 PM (Flexible)
• Saturday & Sunday: 12 PM–10 PM (Flexible)

PEORIA – 9-Year-Old Male | Respite (RSP)
Lake Pleasant Pkwy & Deer Valley Rd – Peoria 85382
• Monday–Friday: 6 PM–7:30 PM
• Sunday: 10 AM–1 PM

NORTH PHOENIX – 10-Year-Old Male | Respite (RSP)
51st Ave & Happy Valley Rd – Phoenix 85083
• Monday–Friday: 6 PM–8 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 4 PM–8 PM

WICKENBURG – 5-Year-Old Male | Respite (RSP)
Wickenburg / Yavapai St – Wickenburg 85390
• Saturday & Sunday: Flexible Hours
