Banquet Cook

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 Produce buffet food.

 Set up buffet server area by opening time.

 Run pizza station, hot left and back kitchen.

 Keep buffet area clean and organized.

 Work with all kitchen cooking equipment.

 Provide a consistently high level of service.

 Identify issues and suggest potential solutions.

 Promote an atmosphere of teamwork.

 Take direction from the Banquet Lead Cook.

 Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

 Experience in a full-service restaurant required.

 Experience with buffet food and banquets preferred, but not required.
