Eakas Corporation - 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisors

Eakas Corporation is seeking a motivated and results-driven 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations within an assigned department. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, managing employee performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position serves as the primary leadership presence on second shift and is responsible for maintaining efficient operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Production Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules and customer requirements are met.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, equipment utilization, and production output.
• Identify and resolve production issues that may impact safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.
• Ensure associates are properly trained and following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate shift goals, expectations, and performance metrics to team members.

Employee Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop production associates within the assigned department.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
• Assist with training, onboarding, and development of new associates.
• Address employee concerns in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
• Partner with Human Resources on attendance, performance management, investigations, and corrective actions.

Safety and Compliance

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing all company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety observations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Participate in accident investigations and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain compliance with all environmental, quality, and operational requirements.
