Facilities Cleaning Associate (Evening Shift)

ProClean, Inc. is currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing service route team. We provide professional cleaning services throughout Lake and Porter Counties and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team environment.

No experience required. Paid training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities along an assigned service route
• Perform general cleaning duties, including:
• Dusting
• Sweeping
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Restroom cleaning
• Kitchen/breakroom cleaning
• Trash removal
• Clean, organize, and restock supply areas
• Complete deep-cleaning projects as assigned
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and supply needs to management
• Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is a plus, but not required
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary

Schedule

• Night Shift
• Flexible start times available
• Munster accounts require a 5:00 PM start time
