Plumbing Lead Installer

At Eco, we build efficient, people-first service operations that scale the right way. As a Plumbing Lead Installer, you’ll take ownership of plumbing installations from start to finish—delivering high-quality work, educating customers, and leading by example in the field.

 What You’ll DoInstallation & Craftsmanship

• Complete plumbing and gas installations efficiently, accurately, and to code.
• Follow Eco’s Install System to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Educate customers on products, services, and system operation.
• Deliver clean, professional workmanship using the proper tools for the job.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and truck.

Leadership & Team Development

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure accurate, efficient installs.
• Actively participate in training, department meetings, and company meetings.
• Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and workmanship.

Communication & Daily Operations

• Meet or exceed key performance expectations.
• Review timecards for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Debrief with Dispatch after each completed job.
• Communicate regularly with the Install Coordinator.
• Report truck damage, equipment issues, and supply shortages to the warehouse.
• Clean, stock, and maintain your truck daily.

 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience with plumbing and gas systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and draw simple layouts.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and field application.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and using iPad-based software.
• Self-motivated individual contributor who thrives in a team environment.
