Job Summary:
CT Technologist position in a busy acute care hospital located in an unspecified area. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a high-volume emergency department setting with a focus on efficiency and independent operation. Candidates must be flexible with rotating shifts, including daytime, evening, and graveyard shifts, and willing to work during major holidays. The position offers a self-scheduling environment based on seniority, with a requirement to work at least 36 hours per week starting as soon as possible.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts; 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week, with flexibility to cover day, night, or graveyard shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications including ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in CT or Radiography (ARRT R), BLS (Basic Life Support), active state license (compact license acceptable), community hospital experience preferred, at least 2 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume emergency department, proficiency with GE and Toshiba CT equipment, willingness to work up to three of the five major holidays.
- Additional Information: Must be able to perform abdomen, brain, vascular, and contrast-enhanced scans, including biopsies and specialty procedures. Open to first-time travelers and those able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: ARRT in CT or Radiography, BLS.

- End Date: 02/09/2027
- RTO Restrictions: Must include all time-off requests at submission; no post-offer RTO consideration.
- Other Requirements: References covering the last 3 years required; minimum 1 year of travel experience preferred; must be open to floating between neighboring facilities if needed; no call required; no Nursys or background screening restrictions.
