Activation Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour + Commission + Attendance Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
RequirementsPenmac Staffing is hiring Activation Specialists for a customer-focused travel booking position. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, making recommendations, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced phone environment. Qualified candidates should:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs efficiently
• Have accurate data entry skills
• Enjoy helping customers and providing outstanding service
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
• Be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

ResponsibilitiesAs an Activation Specialist, you will contact customers who have already purchased vacation packages and assist them with scheduling their travel accommodations. This role focuses on creating a positive customer experience while helping customers select and confirm their travel plans. 

Responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to customers who have pre-purchased vacation packages
• Scheduling and confirming vacation accommodations
• Providing recommendations to help customers choose the best travel options
• Answering questions and resolving concerns professionally
• Delivering exceptional customer service on every call
• Accurately entering and maintaining customer information in company systems
• Meeting quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
• Following company procedures and maintaining accurate documentation

Training and Work EnvironmentThis position begins with two weeks of paid, onsite training to ensure you have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Following successful completion of training, work-from-home opportunities may be available based on client requirements and individual performance.Pay and Incentives

• $15.00 per hour
• Weekly attendance bonus
• Commission earned for each booking completed
• $1,000 sign-on bonus available
